    Yeah, generally there's no water up there, and a usable inlet is far.....

    There were cheap waterfront lots on the lake we lived on that didn't have water. When the waters were their highest in the spring, after spring showers and the melting of the snows from the mountains, they'd always be for sale. The water on the lake fluctuated from highest to lowest about 4 1/2' and at the low they'd have less than 2'. At the high they appeared deep as the water had enough color to it you couldn't see very deep in it.

    Upper Palm Beach county has nice lots for the money; it would be well worth the time to call an agent and investigate.
