This is Squirt, our 1957 Nash Metropolitan. We've just finished a full restoration.

If I remember correctly my mom had one of those at some point in her late teenaged years... mid-60s.

My mom got one also, a Hudson Metropolitan convertible like on this picture. But with two kids she soon replaced it with a more practical Pontiac Tempest Safari, white with red interior...

Well, as I have just bought not one but two daft Italian bikes, our weekend is looking rather soft now.

Lol,I wish I had a real one but I misplaced my extra $15-20 million...the replica is fun 99% of people don't know the difference and you can actually use the car and take it out to dinner and not worry about it, drives like an old 289 cobra

While looking at old race boat pics on Google, I came across someone else with the need for speed...

    That's me. :)

If anybody else has photos of old race boats like Carl's 2 shots, I would very much welcome them. We are trying to build a collection of them for a Facebook page called Classic Offshore Boat Restoration.

There are one or two familiar faces on there too!

The new Honda NSX V6 Hybrid (erlking prototype) during trails on the Nürburgring Nordschleife (famous race track in Germany). Nobody got hurt. Sorry Carl, could not resist :).
