Hakvoort Yacht's "My Trust" stands out with dual forward stairways leading to the fore area. For the full review of this yacht, click over to the splash page of YF.

Feadship's "Predator", known for its dramatic reverse bow, was on a rotating display case so timing the shot was a bit challenging.

Most of the designers and builders had models on display and could have spent all day shooting them. OceAnco had models of projects Y-708 and Y-709. Here's a shot of Y-708.

One more of Y-709 from the stern. All this new-fangled bow styling is getting confusing. The bow is blunt and the stern is swept. Go figure!

Okay, okay, we'll get to the real stuff...

Let's start off with the new Bertram 540. You saw renderings earlier in the thread, well... we got on board and can show you the real deal. Forward windows remind me of sportfishers of years gone by. Nice to see it back.

Interior of the Bertram 540 is light and airy, and the galley is set aft, so passing cold drinks to hot fishermen is a breeze through the oversized window in the port aft bulkhead.

No matter how you look at it, the 540 carries the classic Bertram lines.

A Nordhaven 76 is on display towards the southeast side of the show. Spirit of Ulysses is a turnkey yacht and ready to cruise, as her first owners have put her through her paces.

I like the helm setup on the Nordhaven. Place the chairs on either side of the wheel, so captain or mate can steer.

The Nordhaven forward deck offers plenty of room for working or making a safe passage to the bow.

The Marquis 72. With full 360 degree visibility and lofty ceilings, this skylounge is as close as you get to an open flybridge with all the comforts of air condition.

A very busy mast, but isn't that what they are for?
