   I have recently purchased a 64 challenger via lien/auction. there are some immediate repair I must accomplish but am not sure where to begin.
   
   Looking for some advise/direction please.

   That looks like Nautalex or canvas over wood.
   The right thing to do is remove it and hope the wood beneath is not rotten.
   If you just need to get through the season before you strip it off, you can slather some caulk over the cracks and cross your fingers.
