  1. Heysea Bags Three Contracts From One Client
Chinese yacht builder Heysea yachts is smiling all the way to the bank. They have signed a significant project in the Asteria 126 but they also inked two more yachts, a Heysea 82 and an Asteria 96. Yes that is three yachts from one customer who is reported to hail from China. We will focus on the tri-deck Asteria 126 since this is the most impressive of the triple-order.
  2. The in-house design will be powered by a pair of diesel CAT C32 ACERT engines rated at 1,925 horse power each. That means, the Asteria 126 should be able to see a top speed of 22-knots. Fast cruising is set at 19-knots and if range is your game, then a sedate 10-knots can ensure you 1,200 nautical mile autonomy. 13,500 LT fuel capacity is onboard for the engines to consume. Onboard, she will accommodate guests in four cabins with the master suite on the forward main deck and the other three cabins on the lower deck. These will sleep around eight guests. Crew accommodation is also on the lower deck but towards the bow.
  3. Special features onboard will include a beach club with cabana-style seating. Heysea's signature skylight is embedded in the roof of the master suite and is sure to be a stunning feature for the owner to experience. The sundeck is spacious and is fitted with a secondary helm station with direct access to the bridge below. There is storage for PWCs and davit to serve them. When these are in the water there is space for loungers to be placed. The hardtop covers the bar and helm areas comfortably and that has a skylight in it too. The Asteria 126 is expected to be launched in 2019 and be delivered later that year.
