I just got my 56 back from the painter. I think it came out great. Looks like a new boat.

Abated the gelcoat issue I had, took it all off and built it back up.

Snow White topside Stars and Stripes Blue hull and new black mask.

Red white and blue boot stripe.

New epoxy bottom as well a new 5 blade Veem props.

Many people wondering what brand boat this is when they see it.

What a beauty! I know a 50' Post who was repainted due to gelcoat issues. He took off the Post script and people ask him what brand all the time too.

I am thinking I will not be putting the Post logo on the side.

    Should I or not?

Nice color, reminds me of the color of Dennis Connors' Stars 'n stripes, when he went down to Australia and brought the America's Cup back home!

Really beautiful. As for the Post script, leave it off. Mount it in a picture frame of your boat. Let them guess. Only a real Post owner will recognize the curve of the house and vents in the hull. Thanks for the pics.

It sure is. The deliver captain who took it from Wanchese to Hampton Va was very impressed with the boat. Thought is rode well and we good in rough seas. He is the Viking dealer Captain.

Beauthiful! If I was to do this to a Post 50, what would you estimate the cost per foot -or rough guess on total cost?

You would have to call different yards and tell them what you want. Prices do vary from yard to yard.
