    Who knows who is the current ultimate owner of OceAnco?

    I have no names of current shareholders but this comes from Oceanco´s Newsletters;

    - In July of 2002 Oceanco announced the completion of a management buyout headed by Richard Hein, president. The new management team is backed by a team of investors.

    - Last year Richard Hein announced that he is stepping aside as President and will remain available on an advisory capacity to the company.

    - Mr. Dimitris Ch. Daskalakis, has been named new President of the Oceanco Group. 2004 has been a busy year for Oceanco, with three vessels currently in production and further announcements anticipated. It also marks the end of a period of renewal which began in July 2002, with an internal buyout, a new shareholder structure and with the appointment of Mr. Eel Kant as Managing Director of Oceanco’s Alblasserdam Shipyard.

    I've heard, the owner of Alfa IV is a partner of the company.

    Can anybody confirm that?

    Does Mr. Dimitris Ch. Daskalakis the president only? Or is he one of the investors/partners? The name sounds very greek. :p ;) :rolleyes:

    The ultimate owner of the Alfa IV and also of Oceanco is Theodore Angelopoulos (steel and shipping tycoon), one of the richest businessmen in Greece. He is maried to Gianna Daskalaki who led the organazation of the Greece Olympics in 2004. Her name sounds pretty familiar to Dimitris Daskalakis - president of Oceanco

    No relationship between Gianna Angelopoulos Daskalaki and Dimitris Daskalakis what so ever.

    well after ALFA IV was sold, what does Mr. A own?

    we already know the FB Design RIB ALFA FLASH but he also owns the Swan 100S ALFA AQUARIUS.
