  1. Fifth M40-Class Motoryacht Launches at Princess Yachts
It was only in March that Princess delivered the fourth M40 hull "X5" to her owner. Believe it or not, Princess has announced the launching of the fifth hull in the same series. If you thought X5 was distinctive enough with her sandy hull colour, this new yacht will surely set herself ahead of the pack in terms of instant recognition. The fifth hull is finished in a stunning turquoise colour and there is no mistaking her for any other M40-class yacht. The hull colour is somewhat reminiscent of the OceAnco build, "Sunrays".
  2. The latest Princess M-Class yacht has left the build shed and is now in the open on the 'hard' where she will be finished fitted out prior to splashing. The M40 class doesn't end there with the fifth hull as Princess has another two in build at the moment. Hull's number six and seven are at advanced stages of construction at the Plymouth-based yacht facility. The standard layout for this class of yacht calls for five or six cabin arrangement with the full-beam master stateroom forward on the main deck and four or five other guest cabins on the lower deck. Two engine packages are available with twin MTU 12V 4000 M73L to run the yacht up to 20-knots or a slightly more powerful MTU 12V 4000 M93L set with top speed in the region of 22-knots. No name has been given to the fifth M40-class hull as yet.
