Ocean Alexander Delivers Latest OA35R After Sale

United States headquartered builder Ocean Alexander has sold and now delivered the latest OA 35R unit to its owner. The OA 35R was first unveiled at the 2021 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and since then a handful were delivered including "Entrepreneur" and "Ziggy". At this stage it is unclear what the final name of the latest OA 35R is.

"It was a pleasure working with this client. This is his first Ocean Alexander [and] offers the size and volume he loves," said Bruce Siler, Ocean Alexander's brand manager with MarineMax and the selling broker. "He will be travelling to the Bahamas, up and down the east coast of the US, and possibly the Med." With an interior volume of nearly 300 GT there is ample space onboard the 35.3-meter vessel. The yacht takes its design from Evan K Marshall and Arrabito Naval Architects.

In terms of performance, the standard engine setup on the OA 35R includes a pair of MAN® V12 1900. It is uncertain if the engine package onboard the new yacht is the upgraded MTU V16 2600. With this package the yacht will be able to reach speeds of 23-knots and dialed back to 10-knots for efficiency 1,200 nautical miles of range is possible.
