Puro 35P To Debut This Month At Palm Beach Show

Ocean Alexander is a staple name in the marine business and their designs have evolved over the years. Now they have taken the veil off their latest creation. Today, the yard drums up anticipation for the new Puro Series and more specifically the 35P -part of the aforementioned series-. "We are excited to unveil the 35P to the world at Palm Beach," said Dan Mundy, Head of Global Operations at Ocean Alexander. "The 35P embodies our dedication to pushing the boundaries of luxury and innovation, offering an unmatched yachting experience."

The 35P will be officially revealed to the world at the 2024 edition of the Palm Beach International Boat Show that runs from March 21 to the 24th. The design of this new yacht is spearheaded by Italian designer Giorgio M. Cassetta. Naval Architecture is the work of Andrea Agrusta of NavalHEAD. The Puro Series was talked about at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) in 2022 but since then the yard has been keeping busy with a couple of hulls in construction. The first hull, will make its official debut later this month.

For the 35P it represents the first time that Giorgio M. Cassetta has collaborated with Ocean Alexander. The new model is a tri-deck and will be made from GRP. 5 cabins for 10 guests will be fitted onboard in the standard configuration with the master suite forward on the main deck and the four guest cabins on the lower deck. Crew cabins are also forward on the lower deck with a captains cabin and bunk bed arrangement for the remainder. The internal volume is estimated to be 273 GT thanks partly to a handy 7.4-meter beam aboard.

Twin MAN® engines, each delivering 2000 horse power are onboard as standard power. Just under 20,000 LT of fuel can be carried as well in her fuel tanks which permit a handy cruising range. Those twin MAN 2000 engines will push the boat WOT to around 24-knots but there is an option for MAN 2600s which would tip the top speed to 27-knots for customers who want a bit more speed from their 35P!

Guests will be delighted with the space that is onboard the 35P with key numbers such as 56 square meters for the sun deck and 18.5 square meters for the beach club sounding appealing. Ocean Alexander suggests that the beach club can be converted to a garage if needed. On the opposite end of the yacht on the fore deck there is a large social area with a massive layout pad and jacuzzi as centerpiece elements.
